Summit MX Return & Refund Policy

At Summit MX, we strive to be clear and transparent about our policies. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Decals

Summit MX offers both customizable decals and pre-designed decals.

  • Most decals are printed within 2–3 business days of the order date.

  • After printing, ink requires a 24-hour cure period before decals are laminated, cut, and prepared for packaging.

  • Total time from order placement to shipment is typically 3–5 business days.

Customizable Decals

  • All sales on customizable decals are final.

  • Once an order is placed, no cancellations, refunds, or returns are permitted for customizable decals, regardless of production or shipping status.

Pre-Designed Decals

  • Cancellations Before Printing/Shipping:
    Pre-designed decals may be canceled before printing or shipping and are eligible for a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee to cover processing and preparation costs.

  • After Shipping:
    Once a pre-designed decal has shipped, the sale is final and no refunds or returns are accepted.

No Returns Policy

  • No returns are accepted on any items, under any circumstances.

  • All sales are considered final once printed or shipped, as applicable.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
